The Summit will be publicly available through our Lets Move Canada Youtube Channel. We’d like to thank our Sponsors for making the Summit possible, including Canprev Health, Nature’s Emporium, SierraSil Health, and Foundations that wish to remain anonymous.
Our goal is build on the success of the 2024 Forum, which featured 21 high-profile presenters, and leverage National Health & Fitness Day to raise awareness of the importance of physical, mental and spiritual health to our quality of life and elevate the pursuit of such fitness as policy at the National, Provincial, Territorial, and Municipal levels, as well as in the workplace and beyond.
CSEP has accredited the 2025 Summit on Health, Movement and Community to be worth 10 CSEP Professional Development Credits (CSEP-PDCs).

In conjunction with West Vancouver Community Days and National Health and Fitness Day (first Saturday in June each year - June 1, 2024), and National Indigenous Physical Awareness Week (later in June), the Canadian Health and Fitness Institute, along with the Government of Canada, the District of West Vancouver, Enhance West Van, and other partners, CHFI will produce a high-quality series of in-person discussions on innovative, evidence-based ways to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health.
The discussions will be live-streamed and recorded to ensure they reach audience members who may not necessarily be present for the talks. The talks will be promoted widely through social media and partner networks. The commitment of West Van enterprises and people ensures that West Van citizens will be especially welcome, and a special effort will be made to engage diverse audience members.
The invited speakers include Enhance West Van representatives, the Governor General, the Federal Minister of Sport and Physical Activity, District of West Van representatives, and members of the CHFI Board of Directors and Advisors.
This Forum builds on our #LetsMoveCanada initiative from last year: https://letsmovecanada.com We intend collectively to create a positive call to action to be issued on NHFD based on the collective voices of speakers, partners and forum participants that will be promoted across all partner communications channels.
